How To Become A Reynolds Ford Fleet Account
Eligibility Requirements
Ambulance/Ambulette Services and Transportation Companies
Customers seeking a Government FIN who are not an outright municipality, including Ambulance/Ambulette Services are required to send in a Government Funding letter at the time of enrollment. This is only to be used by companies who provide transportation services, for example to medical appointments or usage within nursing homes and meet our government funding criteria. This would NOT include a City, County, Township, Borough, Parish, District, or Authority.
Commercial, Rental, Fleet Management or Utility Company
You must have purchased, registered or leased 5 or more NEW vehicles (any make or model) in the company name during the current model year or within the last 12 months OR currently operate a fleet of 15 or more vehicles, any make or model, (owned or leased) in the company name.
Government Agency
You must have purchased, registered or leased 1 new vehicle (any make or model) in the agency name during the current model year or within the last 12 months OR currently operate a fleet of 3 or more vehicles (owned or leased) in the agency name.
Taxi Company
You must have purchased, registered or leased 2 or more vehicles (any make or model) during the past model year or currently operate a fleet of 5 or more vehicles. If you are a Limo, Livery or Funeral Company, the following documentation is required: a For-Hire permit, Livery License or a Letter of Intent, in either the company or personal name. No minimum vehicle requirement.
How to Request a Ford Fleet Identification Number (FIN )
Step 1: Call the Ford Fleet Customer Information Center (FCIC) at 1-800-34-FLEET (1-800-343-5338) or register online.
Step 2: When your documentation has been received and verified by the FCIC, your FIN Code will be activated. Please note: you may be asked to provide proof of ownership of the vehicles in your fleet. If so, please fax your proof of ownership to (313) 390-4829. Acceptable records to activate your Ford FIN Code are: Current vehicle registrations; Insurance schedules; Lease agreements; and Billing Statements from a leasing company
Step 3: When verification is complete and finalized, you will receive a Ford Fleet welcome packet through the mail, with your FIN code, an access code for web registration and a list of incentives for the year. As a Ford Fleet customer, you and your company will have access to exclusive fleet benefits, specifically tailored for Ford Fleet: Fleet incentive and program information; Advance notice of product information; Vehicle option availability; Vehicle order status and scheduling; Fleet Forecasting; and Email Notification

Ford Extended Service Plans pick up where the new vehicle limited warranty leaves off. It provides coverage over extended time and mileage periods. Business Preferred Network customers may select combinations ranging from three to seven years and from 36,000 to 100,000 miles and up to 200,000 miles on F-650/750 medium trucks. ESP may have particular appeal for small fleets or commercial accounts with longer vehicle ownership cycles. With Ford ESP, you can budget your fleet expenses easily and more accurately. You can select the time, mileage and component coverage options that meets your fleet needs. Convenience, peace-of-mind, and savings are all part of the Ford ESP package. Maintenance Plan Info
Ford ESP also offers a stand-alone Quality Care Maintenance Protection Plan (QCMPP), for normal or optional scheduled maintenance services recommended in the vehicle's Maintenance Schedule. It provides the maintenance coverage that’s recommended in the vehicle’s Scheduled Maintnance Guides, plus the cost of replacing up to 6 wear items - with no deductible! If you prefer maintenance performed more often due to special fleet vehicle operating conditions, select the 'optional service' QCMPP which provides scheduled maintenance intervals every 3,000 miles. QCMPP provides coverage for the normal or optional scheduled maintenance service recommended in vehicles. Plus, the three year/45,000 mile plan provides 9,000 miles of added warranty coverage Ford ESP Maintenance and Wear coverage can be combined with many PowertrainCARE, BaseCARE, ExtraCARE and PremiumCARE time and mileage choices...for maximum coverage and convenience!
